We offer a range of methods of applying your club crest and sponsor print to your kit.

 

SUBLIMATION PRINTING

For use on Evotex or Neonix fabrics only, sublimation printing is by far the best method of applying larger logos and complex designs. Using this technique, the ink penetrates the fabric permanently so you won't suffer from any fading, peeling or cracking. Your design is printed into the fabric before the garment is sewn together allowing for more creative and inspiring team wear.

Sublimated logos start as low as £2.75 +VAT each.
There is an artwork setup charge of £35.00 +VAT, although simple designs (for example text or basic shapes) are free.

If you have existing artwork in a vector format, you can avoid the setup charge. Vector artwork supplied in a range of file types, for example .ai, .eps, or .pdf files. Pictures can also be sent in .jpeg format, but please send the largest possible to ensure your logo is drawn accurately.

For Sublimated shirts, we recommend having your club badge and sponsor also sublimated.

EMBROIDERY

This is the conventional method of applying a club crest or logo to your team kit. Each embroidery costs £2.75 +VAT.

Embroidery setup is £35.00 +VAT for most logos (under 10,000 stitches).

Alternatively, you may already have a copy of your embroidery artwork. If so, send it to us and save the setup charge. Embroidery files need to be sent in .dst format.

 

VINYL TRANSFER

We use 3 printing processes: screen-printing, heat-seal transfer and plotter printing.

The cost of application and set-up depends on the size, colour, quantity and printing process used. Simply send us a copy of your artwork with details of the size and quantity required and we will recommend the most cost-effective procedure for you.

Printing prices start as low as £2.75 +VAT for a 1 colour print such as your 'Company Name'. There may be an setup charge, depending on the complexity of the artwork.
